How do I set up automatic appointment reminders?

Automatic reminders are messages sent by Scheduly to your clients in order to timely remind them about their upcoming appointments. There are two ways you can send reminders. Email or SMS.

  1. To activate appointment reminders sent to your clients go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Change the status of toggle from “Off” to “On” to Email reminders or SMS reminders.
  3. Input the time in hours before the appointment when you want your clients to receive the reminders.
  4. Click Save

NOTE: All plans can activate email reminders however SMS reminders are a free feature exclusive of Scheduly Pro.
