- On the left menu of dashboard select Reservations.
- Click Reservations and choose between the Upcoming and Past buttons.
- All the Bookings for the client will now be displayed. You can then choose the client whose reservation you want to cancel.
- Once you have selected the client whose reservation you want to cancel, the Cancel Reservation button will appear. Click it to proceed.
- A message box will pop up. You can enter the Refund Amount for the client and provide a Reason for Rejection (optional).
- Click Confirm Cancellation to complete the cancellation.
