1. On the left menu of dashboard select Reservations.
  2. Click Reservations and choose between the Upcoming and Past buttons.
  3. All the Bookings for the client will now be displayed. You can then choose the client whose reservation you want to cancel.
  4. Once you have selected the client whose reservation you want to cancel, the Cancel Reservation button will appear. Click it to proceed.
  5. A message box will pop up. You can enter the Refund Amount for the client and provide a Reason for Rejection (optional).
  6. Click Confirm Cancellation to complete the cancellation.
